How will I know when the ticket is completed?

Once you submit a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. Most tickets will be completed within a week to two weeks depending on the time of year and the ticket queue i.e., how many tickets are ahead of your request. Once the ticket has been fulfilled, you will receive a follow up email saying the ticket is closed. 

 

Typically we will reach out to you for additional feedback or questions while we are working on a ticket. If a ticket will take longer than 10-14 days, we will let you know.
